Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and many are made to order.
Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 5-15 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. The couriers we use are insured and traceable.
We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. Sometimes orders can be delayed waiting for the full order to be filled and therefore shipped.
If you are needing an expedited shipment it’s best to place your order and call us to inform us of your needs.
My Swanky Pooch Spawtique typically uses USPS, but not limited to Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. We do not email out tracking numbers for security reasons but you can log into your account and view all tracking and track your package thru our website if tracking is indicated. Some packages tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered.
My Swanky Pooch Spawtique is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95* for most orders. Please refer to the following shipping table to determine the cost to ship your item. Please note that heavier items (ie: carriers, blankets, beds, furniture, bowls/feeders, etc.) may incur an additional cost and are not included in the free shipping rate. The rate will be shown at check out or on the item detail page. *Shipping costs are calculated AFTER all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.
Also, if you are an International customer, please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping cost will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. If the item is large or oversized we will notify you if additional shipping costs will be incurred, but this is not normally the case. You can also email us for a shipping quote. All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package verses from multiple warehouses.
*Free shipping is not available to international customers AND some items do not qualify due to size and weight, such as carriers, beds and furniture etc. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs please email us.
Your carefully choice will avoid plenty of inconvenience of returns. Always choosing the size by the measurement of your pet (The chest girth and back length),not the weight or breeds simply. You can find a size table on every product page.If your pet is under one year old and still growing, please take this into consideration when choosing the size.
Measure your pet correctly with a tape and write it down.
Chest girth : Measure the chest at its widest point all the way around
Back length: Measure length of pet’s back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.(Excluding the tail)
Determine what type of the clothes you will purchase.
For tops(such as dresses,shirts and coats without legs),the chest girth is the most important,please be sure the chest of a clothes can fit your pet. Slightly shorter or longer back length will be OK,but not too short or too long.
For jumpsuit with legs,we should pay attention to both chest girth and back length.We don’t recommend to choose a clothes with a back length 2 inch shorter or longer than the back length of your dog.
Check the size table on the product page and determine what size you need.
1.If any of the measurements are ‘between’ two sizes, choose the larger size.If your measurements are toward the upper end of the range given for a particular size, you may also want to choose the larger size, as you may also wish to do for heavily coated dogs to accommodate all that fur.
2.Take each measurement a bit loosely. Take each measurement a bit loosely, so there will be room for your dog to move and breathe, but not too loose. (the measurement for belly bands is the exception — it needs to be a bit snug) .
What size should be the most suitable one is up to what result you want. Some customers want a clothes to be snug,while others prefer to take a loose one.The clothes is designed in standard sizing,every pet has their own body shape,it is difficult to make sure every clothes can fit all the pets perfectly. Your understanding is appreciated. See attached for chart to add to the site.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you wish to exchange your merchandise, please see our policy below.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. We CANNOT issue refunds.
- All returns requests must be received within 7 days* of the date you received your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions below are not met:
- Items have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.
- Items are not returned in original packaging.
- Items do not have original tags.
- Packaged goods are not returned unopened and in new, resell-able condition
- Items contain any pet residue (hair, smell, stains, etc.)
- Returned without a receipt.
- Returned after 30 days of purchase
Items not allowed for return:
Returns will not be made on the following items:
- Personalized items
- Sports Team items
- Special order items
- Seasonal items
- Grooming products
- Pet steps/covers
- Sale, clearance or discontinued items.
Also, due to health regulations we also may not allow returns on beds, bowls/feeders, carriers, blankets, belly bands, diapers and toys.
If you received free shipping (orders over $100 shipped to the USA or a free shipping promotion) on your order and later decide to return part of that order we will issue a credit less the flat rate shipping fee of $7.95.
A 20% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of management. The first exchange will not incur any restocking fees. However, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any subsequent exchange from the original order.
If an item arrives to you and is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. Please, be prepared to supply an order number, date and item number when contacting us. We may ask for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary.
Instructions for Returns:
Send an email to returns@My Swanky Pooch Spawtique.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item.
Please include the following in your email:
Date of Purchase
Your complete name and shipping address
Refunds will not be made. No exceptions.
Upon receiving your email, we will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) along with a return form for you to fill out to include in your return to us.
No exchange will be processed unless the form is completely filled out. If the form is not filled out, you will receive a notification of applied store credit. A return address will also be included. The RMA is good for seven (7) business days from email sent from My Swanky Pooch Spawtique. DO NOT send items back to My Swanky Pooch Spawtique without the RMA Number on your package or your return may be refused and/or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in it’s original condition and we will issue a store credit. An email will be sent to you regarding your new order number for the exchanged item or the applied store credit.
Please note: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which includes shipping any item back to us, and the shipping of a reorder.
Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing returns after we have received your return.
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
- When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
